Whoopy Shop is an online-based store in the Philippines.
- All items are PRE-ORDER (unless stated if on-hand item) you can expect your order to be shipped in 8-12 BUSINESS DAYS upon payment.
- Orders placed on weekends, public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail informing you the tracking details.
Shipping Lead Time
Delivery times may vary depending on courier availability and your exact location.
On-hand items:
Metro Manila: 1–3 days
Provincial: 2–5 days
Pre-order items:
Metro Manila: 8–10 business days
Provincial: 10–12 business days
DELIVERY– LOCAL or INTERNATIONAL
- For local orders (Metro Manila or Provincial), we use J&T Express.
- For International Orders, you may send us an e-mail at whoopyshop@yahoo.com.ph for quotation
- We do not accept exchange of item/s for international purchases
SAME DAY DELIVERY FOR ON HAND ITEMS
- We offer same day delivery service via Grab Express / Lalamove.
- Buyers must book their own courier and shoulder the shipping fees.
- Please send us a message on instagram @whoopyclothing to request for same day delivery.
- Cut-off for same day delivery requests is 6pm. Orders confirmed after cut-off will be delivered the next day.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel it anymore since it’s immediately processed by our team.
- We recommend double-checking your items and details before confirming your order
- We only accept refund requests if the item is damaged or lost during transit.
- Refunds are not applicable for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or personal preference.
You can request an exchange within 7 days from the day you received your order.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition
- Tags and packaging must still be attached
- Please include your order number when you message us
Not eligible for exchange:
- Items that show signs of wear or damage
- Items without tags or original packaging
- Sale or discounted items
- Items returned due to personal preference or change of mind
How to request:
1. Send us a message within 7 days of receiving your parcel via email whoopyshop@yahoo.com.ph
2. Let us know your order number, item name, and reason for exchange
3. Once approved, kindly send the item back (shipping fee to be shouldered by the buyer)
4. We’ll process your replacement or store credit once we’ve checked the item 🤍
Please note:
- Requests made after 7 days can no longer be accepted
- Refunds are only offered for wrong or defective items
- For size exchanges, the buyer shoulders both shipping fees
- 1 time replacement only

INVENTORY
- In rare circumstances, technical discrepancies occur within the online store.
- In case a sold out item is purchased, you will be notified via email as soon as the issue is brought to our attention and given a refund or preferred resolution.
